Please see below for a summary of our recruitment process:
- Please email a CV and cover letter to email@example.com with your name as the subject line by 11:59pm on March 22nd. If you’re applying for a digital role, please also include a showreel and/or portfolio of previous work.
- Should you pass the initial vetting, we will invite you for a 30 minute phone interview. These interviews will be conducted between March 16th and 24th.
- Prospective candidates for the pool will be invited to a face to face interview with a selection panel made up of former special advisers, strategists, recruiters, and experts in their field. These interviews will be conducted over a two day period in the week commencing March 30th.
- The final stage of the process will be an interview with the Downing Street Director of Communications, who will ultimately be responsible for all hiring decisions, which will be subject to vetting.
